USPS for Photo Story Shipments

UPS For all Computer Hardware Shipments.

Shipping Policies:

• UD Ships all products with a Tracking Number.
• We will provided you the Tracking Number upon request.
• All products that UD Ships will be insured to the purchased value.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless it is a DVD Photo Story shipped via USPS.
• If you have a problem with an item being damaged, you must contact us within 7 Days from the shipping date.

We suggest that you use the following shipping methods for returning an item:

Return Shipping Policies:

• You must retain an RMA Number before returning an item.
• You need to Write the RMA Number on 3 Sides of the Outside of the box.
• The Items must be packaged as well as it was when it was sent to you.
• All Computer parts need to be placed in an electrostatic proof bag.
• You have 30 days for return of an item after that the manufacturer will uphold the remaining portion of the warranty. (see our product warranty for more detail)
