Need to Return a product?
To return a product at
Unbound Digital, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department by the "Contact Us"
Page. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.
To request an RMA:
Use our Online form on the "Contact Us"
Page and Select "RMA Request" from the Drop Down Menu and
complete all of the Contact information and press "Submit
Request."
We Will email you an RMA number during Normal Business Hours.
Normal Business hours are
Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST.
We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer Name
- Address and Contact Information
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Unbound Digital
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
30
days. However, Unbound Digital
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:
- FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES OR SERVICES RENDERED

A FULL CASH REFUND
AT UD'S DISCLOSURE
Conditions on Returns:
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Unbound Digital on returned items. Unbound Digital
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchanged item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be
