The software allows a
UD technician to connect to your computer remotely and Control the Mouse,
Keyboard and See what you see on the monitor.
Is it safe to use Remote Support?
Yes, It is very Safe.
You can trust that only a qualified UD Technician will be working on your
computer. Also the communication is Encrypted with 128Bit Security, the same
encryption your online banking uses.
Do I Have to install the software?
No, The file is just
ran from your computer. and once the support session in done it uninstalls
itself and our technicians can NOT connect back to your computer, Unless you get
another support ticket.
