to find remote companies to help me at my properties with computer and network issues. I kid you not, Unbound Digital is hands down the best company I have ever worked with. They are completely self sufficient, very knowledgable and get the job done fast. What else can I ask for? I wish I could clone Jason, the owner, because I need him all across the country.
I purchased a Used Computer from them a month ago for a really good price. I decided to have them upgrade the Video Card to support some new games and to hook it to my flat screen tv. When i took it in for the upgrade they found that the Hard Drive was going BAAADDD. So they cloned my hard drive to a brand new one and then called me and let me know what they had done and they told me the new hard drive has a 3 year warranty now.... Talk about service! Most shops would have probably seen if they could get by with out replacing it.... But Unbound Digital took no chances and fix it right without even hassling with me. Heck they fixed it before i even knew something was wrong and it was all covered under the warranty. How many companies are this Honest Now Days? Not Many.... I must say I will always be dealing with these guys. You cant get better service than this. They are a 5 Star Company in my book.

Tri-Cities!!!! I have taken my computer there several times to have it repaired. Everytime that I have taken my computer there, they have been honest with me and the $69 flat fee is well below other computer places in the area! I highly recommend them to anyone because of their honest and great customer service!
Slushpuppy9801 Apr 17, 2011 - I had a Virus on my computer and these guys Fixed it for $69.00 Flat Fee. There were no gimmicks, Up-sells or craziness. These guys are just what they advertise. The service and staff are great! 100% would recommend them to anyone. I have taken 6 computers to them and haven't had one problem. when they fix it the computers are done right. I wouldn't Trust anyone else with my computers.
I have had a couple computers fixed there and both times the guys were honest and up front with the diagnosis. (which was free) The 69 dollar fee is hard to beat! along with free diagnostics, thats hard to find. Finally a computer company that won't rip you off just to look at your pc, one that fixes it right and they stand behind their work. Glad to have finally found a place I can take my computers. I recommend them highly!
I took my PC in the shop off of Oakland after seeing the sign on the road. I was having issues with the PC booting up. These guys gave me a free diagnostic, which, I ended up having a virus. They cleaned my pc up for $69. No gimmicks or anything. My PC runs better than it did before I got the virus!!! I Highly recommend these guys, they are honest, knowledgable, and stand behind their work!
I have had my computer to the Geek Squad. They said it was a motherboard problem and it would have to be shipped off and it would cost over $300.00 to fix. After Charging me just to look at it. I decide to take it to Unbound Digital for their Free Diagnostics and man i am glad i did. They found it was NOT a motherboard problem... It was a Bad Stick of Memory, They replaced it for $30.00 and Did a tuneup for $69.00 and my computer was good as NEW. I cant believe that the Geek Squad wanted me to spend that ridiculous amount of Money. Besides the fact they Misdiagnosed it. The Techs at Unbound Digital were a lot more knowledgeable and more friendly than those at Best Buys Geek Squad. Unbound Digital will have my business for life now!!!!
I have been taking my computers to Unbound Digital for years. And they have been Very Honest, Fast and Reliable. Before i found Unbound Digital i had taken my computers to other shops and after using them for over 2 years now i wouldn't even think about taking my computer anywhere else. since day one they have been completely honest with us and have always been reasonably priced on all repairs.
Unbound Digital offers great customer service and, excellent work at very affordable flat rate price of $69 (plus cost of parts) for most repairs.So there is no wondering what the labor will cost.
I've used Unbound about a half dozen times over the past 2 years. Regardless of whether the job was big or small, they always did a great job at a fair price. I would recommend them for any repair or upgrade service you might need. - Larry
i had an opportunity to use this company back earlier this year. they quickly and effectively resolved my problem at a minimal cost. I had a Dell that would not boot up - i was ready to put in trash. Jason found / fixed the problem and it did not cost me an arm or a leg. Mike Eads @
