Shipping Policies
- UD Ships all products with a Tracking Number.
- We will provided you the Tracking Number upon request.
- All products that UD Ships will be insured to the purchased value.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- If you have a problem with an item being damaged, you must contact us within 7 Days from the shipping date.

Return Shipping Policies:
- You must retain an RMA Number before returning an item.
- You need to Write the RMA Number on 3 Sides of the Outside of the box.
- The Items must be packaged as well as it was when it was sent to you.
- All Computer parts need to be placed in an electrostatic proof bag.
- You have 30 days for return of an item after that the manufacturer will uphold the remaining portion of the warranty. (see our product warranty for more detail)
